Duration: 6 months

• Initial Assessment and Progress Review: Begin with an in-depth emotional intelligence assessment and conduct progress reviews every two months to track development.
• Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions: You will receive two coaching sessions per month, each lasting 90 minutes, for more in-depth exploration and skill-building.
• Self-management and Resilience: Will be assisting you in developing strategies for self-management, stress reduction, and resilience-building.
• Interpersonal Effectiveness: Focus on advanced communication skills, conflict resolution, and building strong, supportive relationships.
• Emotional Decision Making:  Will be helping you to make better decisions by incorporating emotional intelligence into your thought processes.
• Empowerment and Leadership: Will be supporting in applying emotional intelligence in leadership roles and empowering others effectively.

Outcome: By the end of the 6-month period, you can expect to have mastered emotional self-regulation, strengthened interpersonal skills, and gained the confidence to lead and inspire others with emotional intelligence.
